AGEL Europe & UK

The pre-launch of the first Suspension Gel Technology enterprise in Europe started on September 11, 2006. Agel accepted pre-launch enrollments starting from Monday, September 11, 2006 at midnight MDT. The initial orders were processed in September and products were shipped to European Team Members from Tilburg in the Netherlands starting the week of September 18.

Products will be available for “Free Sell” in the Netherlands and NFR (Not For Resale) in other European Union (EU) markets, including:

Europe will open in phases. *Due to taxation issues, some EU countries are not included in the initial launch, namely Greece, Malta, Cyprus, France and Italy. Additional countries within Europe will be phased into the Agel Distant Selling program during the first 60 to 90 days.

Following the initial launch, the NFR status will be modified in some countries and eliminated in others, as individual European governments accept the Belgium product registration.

Agel FIT, Agel UMI, Agel EXO, Agel MIN, and Agel OHM are all registered in Belgium.

Corporate headquarters in the United States will serve as the backbone for Agel business overseas, with most all business being conducted via the Internet.

The Agel Pay Plan, Customer Service, and Product Manufacturing for Europe are already in place. Agel has partnered with a reputable warehouse in Europe and a reliable shipping service to facilitate the logistic operations and product distribution throughout Europe.

Moving this quickly into a new market will require adjustments for European Team Members.

Customer service will be available between the hours of 4:00 pm and 1:00 am Central European Standard Time (CEST), Monday through Friday.

European Team Members can enroll at either the Executive or Retailer Levels. Agel will charge an enrollment fee of 25 Euro in all countries but the UK and 15 pounds in the UK at the time of enrollment. (Agel will not charge the initial order fee or the enrollment fee until product is ready to ship.) Europe will open with Agel FIT and Agel UMI.

Agel MIN and Agel OHM will be added to the options in 30 to 60 days. Other new products will follow.

The Agel Pay Plan in Europe matches the US version with the following exception: Commissions/Bonuses will be paid via direct deposit in British Pounds in the UK and in Euros elsewhere.

After enrolling, a new Team Member needs to fill in all banking information (correct banking information is required for commissions to be paid) and print out a .pdf copy of the application. This application must then be faxed to Agel Corporate. The new account will be active on the day of enrollment and will remain active if the signed application is received at Agel within 15 days of enrollment. The appropriate fax number is on the application.

Meeting the Challenge

We've been challenged of course, because such spectacular sales and enrollments at launch is unprecedented. They surpassed even our wildest dreams. That made for quite a rush here, as we scrambled to increase production, add staffing and develop the infrastructure. But I'm proud to say our team stepped-up and delivered.

So what caused all this? I think there are some very important factors:

At the very top of the list is the product line. Suspension Gel technology has created an entirely new category of health supplements and revolutionized the wellness industry. When people see our patent-pending technology, they love the concept, see the need, and want to be a part of it. As the first mover in the marketplace we've established a category creator.

The second factor is timing. It's been a long while since this industry has seen anything fresh, new and exciting. In my opinion, others are so caught up in "me too" products that the industry has stagnated. We are shaking it up again with this amazing scientific breakthrough. The timing is right. The industry is ready, and the number of people looking to control their own destiny is growing. Agel is filling that void, and our numbers bear that out.

Then there's the funding. Many great ideas die in infancy because of the lack of money. Because of our funding, that has simly not been an issue. We have the backing we need to launch Agel around the world, develop products aggressively, and provide strong, solid support to our team members.

Field leadership makes a huge difference. Early on we attracted a handful of key leaders who saw the vision and bought into our mission of wellness, empowerment and freedom. Their tireless effort over the last six months has driven enorollement like I've never seen before in this industry. These are hard-working, dedicated individuals who are not afraid to do what it takes to help their people grow. And they've been able to surround themselves with other leaders who are equally active.

Alongside our outstanding field leaders we have experienced Executive Leadership. Agel empolyees are the backbone of our company and a major factor in our success. There was no learning curve. There was no ramp up. There was no trial and error. These people hit the ground running.

We assembled a team of high achievers with extensive industry experience, and put their expertise to work from day one. Even before we had offices and desks and telephones, deals were being made and contracts were being signed. When you work with people who know what they're doing, it's amazing how quickly obstacles are overcome and things get done.
